If you wish to cancel your Boiler check appointment prior to the check being carried out by one of our licensed engineers please request in writing either to

If an engineer has already been engaged a cancelation fee of £99.99 plus VAT will be deducted from your payment refund.

Prior to cancelling your appointment and missing out on the peace of mind benefit of both the potentially enhanced safety for your family and pets and increased efficiency saving you on your energy bills please call and speak to one of our advisors about any concerns you might have.

Refunds will be processed immediately but may take up to 14 working days to clear in your account.
